Charged twice and no reply from Spotify

Hi.

 

I've mailed Spotify three times about this problem. First on September 26 and then on October 3 and again today but Spotify has not replied. Since July I have been charged for two Spotify accounts. I need that to stop and I need to be refunded.

I did get an automated reply and the case number is

 

Spotify Case # 01856837

 

It is very poor service and the fact that Spotify does not have a phone number on their website is also poor. Until I had to deal with the support I was very happy about the product but now I am thinking about cancelling my account.
