Solved!

12month e-card has started running before end of the period I already paid for

This is a bit difficult to explain but here goes:

  • I've been paying month to month for Premium access.

  • The payment comes out on around the 22nd.

  • I decided to purchase a 12month e-card and redeemed it straight away (14th Jan).

  • The FAQs said that it would commence from the date that my current subscription expires (i.e. the 22nd Jan).

  • However, it took effect immediately and tells me that it will expire on the 16th Jan 2016.

I've lost about a week of value (16th-22nd) and I know its not much but this seems strange, am I missing something??

Sorry, there is a glitch on the redeem page that is displaying the dates wrong.

Sign into this page and at the bottom you can see your correct date of how long the subscription will last.
