CANT ADD PLAYLIST

I JUST SUBSCRIBED TO THE 30 DAY PREMIUM TRIAL THROUGH MY ROCU.  i CAN "STAR" SONGS TO CREAT A PLAYLIST, BUT I CANNOT CREATE A NEW PLAYLIST. WHAT DO I DO TO CREATE A NEW PLAYLIST?

I don't actually think it is possible to create playlists on Roku as far as I know. I think you can only add tracks to playlists you have created on Spotify on another device.
