Can't access premium account

Can't access premium account

I have been paying for premium for three months now but am in able to access my premium account on my phone or computer as years ago I had made a free account and it is not registering that my account has been updated.. In the app and on my computer it still says I have a free account however I'm still getting charger 11.99 per month.. Help please!

Hi Spotify admin,

I have been paying for premium for four months now but haven't been able to access benefits at all.. It says my login and password are not correct. I Think I am on an old account linked to Facebook but I am unable to use new account. I have been redirected to your website and the forms are not helping. Could someone please get in contact with me.
