Can't log in after upgrading to family

Yesterday, I used a desktop to change my password and accept an invite (from my partner) to upgrade to the family package. Now, I can't log into the ap on my phone ("the username or password is incorrect.") I'm definitely using the right details, because I can log into the website! I've tried upgrading the ap, closing down all Spotify sessions (just in case I had multiple sessions open), uninstalling and reinstalling the ap, and changing my password again - nothing has worked! Any ideas on how I can fix this?

If you have a Facebook-created account, make sure to log in by clicking LOG IN WITH FACEBOOK and enter your Facebook credentials. If you forgot your Facebook password, you can reset it here https://www.facebook.com/recover/initiate

 

If you created your account through Spotify.com (using your email address), make sure to log in with your username (not your email address) and password. If you forgot your password, you can reset it here http://www.spotify.com/password-reset
