Hi everone,

 

Because i am register in Swiss, Spoyify have set my country to UK, but i only have the hong kong credit card, so that i want to change back to Hong Kong. But every time I wnat to change back to Hong Kong, the system need me to write the zip code, even I write the zip code, your website will change to another webpage and said there have some problem, it doesn't even help!!! Can anyone help me with this problem?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to get that changed for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
