Charged twice but only one account

Hi
I have been charged twice from my credit card for my spotify account. First time this happened, I thought it was due to double charge first time for two months. But now it has happened again. And shouldn't I get the 30 days free trial?
I have trind to reach you by phone, but failed in finding any number.

Checking your account I can see the 30 day trial started on 2013-04-15 and there have been no double payments on this account. Our payments team will help you investigate this so you don't pay twice.
