Confusion about Family Premium subscription

Confusion about Family Premium subscription

I just upgraded to Family Premium from the normal subscription. The normal subscription was supposed to expire on the 19th.

Now it says "Your subscription renews automatically on 11/14/16. You'll be charged ₱194." What does it mean? I'm confused.

Did it mean that I was charged for the upgrade now and will be charged again on the 14th? Which means double payment? And why is the renewal too early?? Just almost 2 weeks away..

Also, what happened to my solo premium subscription? Was it dissolved automatically when I upgraded? Or I'll still be charged on the 19th???

Hey @maddie518,

 

When you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, any remaining time you've already paid for is converted into a Premium for Family subscription. This can bring your next payment date forward.

Yes you were charged when you upgraded and the remaining time of Premium has been added to your Premium for Family subscription.
