Doubt about family premium

Hello, I have a doubt about the family package, I live on Blumenau, Brazil, and my sister live on Jaraguá do Sul, another place on Brazil.
The question is, we can use the family package, even living on two diferent places (on the same country and same state) and using two different external ip address ?

To invite someone to a sub-account on your Premium for Family subscription, they must:

• Reside at the same physical address as you.
• Be a Free user, or a Premium user who purchased their Premium directly from Spotify.

Thank you, but, if I left home, can I use spotify on my work and my daugther, for example, use her sub-account at home, at the same time ?

Yes because all members of a Premium for Family plan would have their own account.
