Gift card doesn't work

I bought a gift card and when I write the PIN code it is written that it's incorrect. They told me to ask here, so here I am. What is wrong? Btw I'm in Poland if it helps.

Try with incognito mode or another browser.

If it doesn't work, you should contact support, as you already do, so you must reply to the automated mail you had received, when you do this, an employee of support will get back to you as soon as possible.
