I can't change my country even after changing payment details

I set up my account while I was in the US and now I can't change it to my home country Malaysia. I have followed all the instructions and updated my payment details to my Malaysia credit card but the zip code in my profile is still the US zip code. How on earth do I change my address to Malaysia so I can join the Premium for Family Plan?

After moving to Ireland I haven't find anyway to solve the issue on my own. I had to contact the support.
