I cant link my spotify account to my psn

it turns out that my spotify account is the same as Facebook's, what happened is that today I bought premium in it and try to link it with my ps4 account, the problem arises on the basis that it does not let me login because it says that this account is already linked to another playstation account, the problem is that I no longer have access to that account and actually I want to take advantage of my premium, and try to disconnect all the devices linked to the account and the message keeps appearing HELP!
