Lost my Premium status

Hello,

 

I paid for a premium renewal recently, but it changed to free a couple of days ago. I made the payment on 12-08-31, the money was transferred on 12-09-01 and it was booked by Swedbank on 12-09-03. If I look at the status of my credit card it says it's still under processing(?). Or, in swedish, "bearbetning pågår". The money has definitively left my account, so how come I reverted to free?

 

I tried using your form to contact the spotify support team and it gave me  # 00247936 but from what I can see it just told me to post on the community about my problems.

 

My username is melandor please try to fix my status 😃 Not really interested in what's happened just want my premium back!
