Hi, We are spending time in France and Monaco, in the family we have French telco operator and monaco telco operator, unfortunately SPOTIFY considers that we are not in the same country but Monaco and France should clearly be considered as being the same territory !! that would clearly help the Family Subscription process.

Right now, you’ll need to reside at the same address to get Premium for Family. If you're having trouble setting up your Premium for Family, we recommend you to reach out to us via email, Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at your account and see what happened there.
