NEED HELP, PROBLEM FROM MY ARTIST ACCOUNT

Hi !

I'm a french music producer and i have a label (NCN)

They published my music on spotify itunes and others BUT, problem.

Spotify for the first time have automaticly created the Artist Account (When a label publish a music from the artist for the first time, that create a new account)

But normally, like everylabel they receive the password of this account created

Or, my label doesn't have receive ANYTHING, i try to contact spotify but they doesn't reply... I really need to have this artist account password, i cant reset it because i don't know in which mail is send the password, my label have verified all of their mail but nothing

Why ? (Since 1 month)

Hey @Irox1, welcome to the Community!

You cannot sign into your Spotify Artist Account unless you verify your artist page.
