No success with joining Family Premium

No success with joining Family Premium

Hey guys. Help please. I keep on trying to join a Family Premium account but with no success. I have been using family subscription and was cancelled at some point I think due to payment. When it resumed, I can’t seem to access it anymore. I clicked the activation button from a new invite but when I submit my details, it doesn’t accept it. Someone from Support said we should all have the same address with the one who owns the subscription but I kept putting in the correct address and still no good.

I'd recommend replying to the response from Support, so they can take a closer look at your account 🙂
