Good morning,

according to my telephone company, I am a Premium user, but according to Spotify, I am only an Unlimited user. I have tried to solve the problem with the help of Movistar but without success. What can I do?

Hey there. I've taken a look at your account and can see it was upgraded to Premium recently. Please log out of Spotify and log in again - this will update your account.
