1 of my playlists got deleted?

i followed all the steps to recover my disappeared playlist , but once i've selected the "recover" nothin happened in my account and the playlist diseappeared even doesn't exist any more in the recover playlist menu. what to do ? i'm talking about my playlist since 3 years and 2500 track . Please help me
