Someone hacked my Spotify Premium account

Hi everybody,

A week ago, someone was playing music with my account. I directly log out, Changed my pasword and disconnected all my devices, to solved the problem.

But today (Monday 23rd Oct.) someone deleted all my playlists (action made the Sunday 22th Oct.) and replaced it with some Hip Hop playlist (kind of music that I don't listen).
So I Log out again, changed my pasword again and disconnected all my devices again. I also restored all my deleted playlists.
Please someone can explain me what's going on ? and maybe fix it ?
