@Deagonz - I think you should be ok to upgrade to family as it should convert that remaining premium time to the correct number of days on your new plan.

@Joebirdwell - What error message do you get?

I can't even get to Spotify right now - I'm seeing an error when I try to log into the website.

I just bought  family plan for 3. but when i invite the other two they get message that the password is wrong.
