Spotify through vodafone

I have recently got a vodafone contract In which I get 24 months free spotify premium. Vodafone have sent me the link to register this and when doing so I recieve an error message stating that there has been a problem. This has been going on for three days and Ive contacted Vodafone technical support several times who keep telling me this is a spoify issue and will be resolved has anyone else had this issue??

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
