Trouble logging in

I tried logging in and it won’t let me so i pressed forgot my password and it said it brought me to a website so i put in my username and it said it will send me an email but i still never got one. also i put in my email one time and pressed send and it gave me an email but it wasn’t the right username because i made one up a while ago but i never used it and my other account has everything in it.
