....can't access my subcription information...

Hi,

I'm stuck trying to change my credit card number...can't access my subscription information ....the screen says: ....Loading. Please wait....but gets stuck there for ever.

Any clue on how to solve this ?  A know problem for today only ?  should I try another day ?

Is it possible that you are experiencing a slow connection? Did you try to use different internet? Please let me know soon.
