old acount is blocking, and i can't get a password

Dear all, an old account is blokcing my upgrade or login to a premium account. That account is richard.binnekamp@gmail.com. I can't get a password reset, it refers to a facebook login/connection. But via facebook I can't change of reset the password.

My account is - per today - part of a family account, owned by my wife (ria.stikkelman@gmail.com). She invited me via de family-acocunt-area, and that worked. I received the invitation, so apparantly spotify didn't check if the account is already in use or it doesn't care.
However, I still am not able to login or get a new password.

Could anyone help me, by example by removing my old account richard.binnekamp with emailadress richard.binnekamp@gmail.com?
