[Connect] Restrict access to speaker device / allow device manufacturers to do so

Whoever was once in your local network and played a song on your Spotify Connect enabled device, can stream to your device from *anywhere in the world, anytime, at any volume*. This is simply crazy.

1. Please change the Spotify Connect specification so that device manufacturers can implement an option to stream only from local network as a first simple step
2. As second step it would make sense to have the option that only approved playing devices (based on some UID of playing device) can are allowed to play, approval could be e.g. with physical pressing of a button on playing device or more advanced via app etc, dependent on manufacturer.
