Emisión de facturas a autónomos

Una persona dada de alta como autónomo en Hacienda (y en la Seguridad Social) tiene derecho a obtener factura de gastos de todo producto o servicio que se realice durante su actividad económica o profesional. Negando la emisión de facturas, Spotify se está saltando la legalidad española.

We’re closing this idea since it doesn’t meet one of our Idea Exchange guidelines, namely point 2: “Ideas should be posted in English”

Also, as Spotify is for personal/non-commercial use, It's not required to issue any other type of proof of payment. As a Swedish entity, Spotify is obliged to issue a receipt in accordance with Swedish law. Keep in mind that the legislation in your country may be different.
