Nice blog post, @Soundofus!

 

I've been literally shaking with excitement about the new Björk material, and 'the gate' didn't disappoint. It sounds like it's been produced by Arca, all cold and distant with cavernous reverbarating synths. 

 

Check out this track from Arca's latest record. Venezualean dark electronic chamber music, released in April of this year:

Also been really enjoying the Emily Haines record. It reminds me a bit of John Grant or Youth Lagoon, with it's melancholy and strange humour.
