Rate the Song the Person Above You Posts

Hey guys,

New to the forum; saw this posted on another forum I frequent and thought it was a great idea.

The premise is this:

I will post a song and the person will reply with a rating (1-10) of their subjective opinion of the song with a short write up of how they liked/disliked it. They will then post a song for the user that posts next to review.

Please limit this to songs we can all access on Spotify. You can right-click on the song in Spotify on the computer and click the "Copy Spotify URI"

Thanks!

- Mackey

@twiens Glad you like it. Feel free to share your favorite tracks here as well 🙂

@loumoss Great alt-rock music and good voice as well. I'll rate it 8 / 10.

@crematedman That's kind of sound from underground club in the 80's. Moody and dark vibes but could move the dancefloor. 8 / 10.

@rossi1911 and Suzanne Vega's 'Luka'

I've heard it quite a few times, and I think there's even a cover of it in Estonian... But I think it's a lovely song with very serious thoughts in it.
I do think of it as a classic, and even though I don't really listen to this sort of music too often, it would be fair to give it at least an 8.

@Sebasty I used to listen to 1 Thing when I was in high school. Cool R & B music but it's not my cup of tea. I'll rate it 7 / 10.

I'm a big fan of U2 and I would like to see your rating about this song. 🙂

@Nightslash360 and 'Let Mom Sleep' by Hideki Naganuma:

Excellent song! 😄 Many elements that I really like in it. 9.5 points to this.

Next: one of the TF beats I always end up listening... before playing the whole TF discography.

@SebastVAIO "One Flute Rhythm" was very interesting, I never listen to just instrumentals for pleasure, so it was very different for me. That being said I'll give it a 7 as it was good, but not my taste

I'll share Control Media https://open.spotify.com/track/5E9dpnRJwW3SSPKwmtLE30

Control Media has a nice instrumental and good lyrics, rap style with some ambient atmosphere, I'll give it a nice 8.5/10

For the next one I'll give you 'Koopa's Road' from Super Mario 64 my newest video game cover. I don't know if there are much people liking this style of music here, I try 🙂

@Xayne and Paul Psr Ryder's 'Feeling Lost':

Unfortunately trance (and other progressive genres) are not among the more likable genres for me, so this fell rather flat for me. 4p 🙂
