My Premium Subscription not recognized by myGoogle Mini speaker

Bought a “gift card” for a 3mo premium subscription. Loaded after shutting down and restarting both Google nest “Home” and Spotify Apps. Google Mini speaker still won’t recognize my Premium subscription even though my account shows I have a Premium account. What doI do now?

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

 

We'd recommend logging out and then logging back in two times in a row in your phone. It sounds a bit odd, but it forces a sync between the account and your device. It's also a good idea to check if you have connected the correct Spotify account to your Google Home app. More info on where to check that can be found here.

 

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind trying again using a different internet connection to check if that makes the difference?
