We love Spotify & have always been loyal fans

We started our podcast back in 2005 & have always adhered to prs & ppl policies & have both webcasting & paid for podcast licenses that cover royalties to artists.

We’re surprised and concerned to receive these messages from the sales force Spotify email engine. All our voice obscures tracks etc. many of the features have respective artist endorsements.

Please be reassured that our station is fully compliant.

This year we won the gold award at the national broadcast awards & interestingly the award was sponsored by the ppl & prs bodies.

Please retain our presence on Spotify as we continue spreading the word about the brilliant Spotify & continue to support artists.

It looks like once a podcast is taken down there is no place to go in terms of appeals etc.

Tweeting, emailing support & chatting with the podcasters support team sadly lead to no resolution 

what advice is there to help now
