Family Kicked out Plan

Hello. I have been using family plan on Spotify for a while now. All of a sudden my family got an e-mail asking to confirm that they was part of that plan. they send information enter my home address information.
Were removed from the group. now they not able to join this family group. This is extremely inconvenient. How do I proceed?

Most likely, the information used to verify the address of the Family Plan owner didn't match, and they were removed.

 

In this case, we suggest sending new invitations and asking your family members to redeem them using a different internet browser or an incognito window.
