Family Premium

Yesterday I subscribed the Family Plan and today is like I did nothing! My family members are not Premium anymore and I still have my old Premium Account. What happened?? Do I need to invite everyone all over again?

Hey @carlotaclara, thanks for writing!

 

In this case, we suggest you send a new invite to your family members and see if this helps. 

 

We suggest they accept your new invite from an incognito window and using a desktop PC.

No encuentro respuesta en la sección de ayuda 

tengo plan premium y no me deja confirmar las cuentas que tengo dadas de alta 

les volví a enviar la invitación y me dice que los códigos son incorrectos 

me podrían ayudar 

I renewed my family premium yesterday and the family members included in my account were gone. I tried sending invites to my family members multiple times already (send, try activating it, then canceling it, repeat) but still nothing happened. What can we do to resolve this? Thanks in advance!
*Note: They accepted their invites AFTER they have logged in to their personal accounts.
