Can I add friends too?

This special discount is only for members of the same family,
who must all live at the same address.

Ok I have another question let's say we begin the family plan at my house
and I have my sisters and everything and let's say my sister is going
offline for basic trying but she's going to come back will her account be
turned off or what's going to happen?
