Why are my family invites still pending?

Why are my family invites still pending?

I sent two family invites when I signed up for family premium two weeks ago. Both family members still haven't received the invites, and when I check it says, "Invites Pending." What am I paying for? How do I add my family members?Screen Shot 2017-10-09 at 10.05.14 PM.png

Can you try sending the invite again, from a different browser/incognito window?

Let me know if that does the trick. I’d also suggest checking that you’re following the exact invite a member steps here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/premium-for-family/.

It’s very frustrating to get premium but not have the invites send.

I have the same issue. I even created a new account for my mum because the old one could not be signed in. For the new email, Spotfiy does not even send the email

same here...
