Are you sure you are logging in with the same username and password and not via facebook?
Try that as Spotify doesn't delete your playlist regardless if you change device or not.
There is an option to "recover deleted playlists" go to your account settings and look for the option.
What is your spotify username?
No, your spotify premium has nothing to do with the data on your phone.
Do you remember your username and password? If so, just log back in and there should be all your lists.
