My Question or Issue

I have a student accont and I pay every month R$8,50 but the next facture it was fractured R$16,90 of my credit card. I send my docs to show that I still a student this year, so I don't know why this happened.

 Please help.

Please visit Spotify.com and check your subscription status.

As you say you were charged for a Premium account it might be caused due to the fact your student status needs to be rechecked and confirmed.
