Hello hello!
I have been seeing so many good album titles lately and I wanted to share. I particularly love this one This Is a Long Drive for Someone with Nothing to Think About by Modest Mouse. https://open.spotify.com/album/3PTktNuj2FItJr8afuiieo?si=ofkZbWJESfKHtme7dHID5g I would love to see your fave album titles—funny, long, interesting, tongue twisters, etc. Cheers!!!
Great topic, @susanglezs!
One of my favorite album titles is 1 by Cancervo:

It’s their first album, so the title makes sense, and while they could have instead called the album “Cancervo” as a self-titled release (since their band name is shown in the album art), I find it interesting that they chose to instead designate the release as their first album by calling it “1” instead (their next albums are titled II and III).
Cheers!
Nice question. So many come to mind.
I am going with “Eat a Peach” by The Allman Brothers Band. There are various stories as to how it came to be, but the one that stuck with me was a quote from Duane Allman, who tragically didn’t see the release of the album before his fatal motorcycle crash months earlier.
Allman wanted the album to include a reference to the peace movement, such as “Eat a Peach for Peace,” something he elaborated upon in an interview shortly before his death.
“I'm hitting a lick for peace—and every time I'm in Georgia , I eat a peach for peace. But you can't help the revolution, because there's just evolution. I understand the need for a lot of changes in the country, but I believe that as soon as everybody can just see a little bit better, and get a little hipper to what's going on, they're going to change it. Everybody will—not just the young people. Everybody is going to say, 'Man, this stinks. I cannot tolerate the smell of this thing anymore. Let's eliminate it and get straight with ourselves.' I believe if everybody does it for themselves, it'll take care of itself.”
