C90 tape playlist

What about developing part of Spotify that you can create someone a "C90 mix tape" playlist  ? Used to be a special thing in our day. You would create a playlist that has two "sides" consists of 45 minutes of music tracks on each side. The play order cannot be changed and there is no random play when in use - like a read only. Only the creator can change the tracks on the playlist.
