My Question or Issue

When calling the "Get User's Currently Playing Track" endpoint when you haven't played a track recently (after like 10-15 mins), it doesn't return any data at all. The same happens on the web console too which prints an "Unexpected end of JSON input" error in the console. https://developer.spotify.com/console/get-users-currently-playing-track/

I've also included a picture of the code and it break pointed at the point of return. Is this intended?

I also have this problem and it's a real pain as my app heavily relies on this endpoint to function and users(of my app) have to manually "kick" the Spotify app(by playing a random track) to make the above endpoint work again, which is a very bad experience.  At this point I would like to at least confirm that this is a bug or whether there is a workaround.  Thanks!
