how to get 0Auth token for "Create a Playlist"

My Question or Issue

Hi, I am trying to write a script that automatically creates an empty playlist for me. I need the Spotify username and Spotify token for that. I got the username, however, when I go to Console -> Playlist -> Create a Playlist to my 0Auth, it just redirects me to another page (like a callback error). Would appreciate any help on this and if someone could tell me how I can get the 0Auth, thanks!

Enter your username.

Click the Get Token button. Check playlist-modify-private and playlist-modify-public. Click Request Token. Agree to the access page.

This will populate the OAuth entry. You can then press Try It to create the playlist in Spotify.
