CANT CANCEL SPOTIFY PREMIUM BECAUSE IT SAYS IM A FREE USER WHEN IM NOT!!!!!

hello i need a quick fix (if that exists) i have spotify premium and have a long time now, i currently can still use it with all benefits. when i try to cancel my subscription it then doesnt give me the option but only to GET PREMIUM! when im already premium!!! i need to cancel this asap!! please help

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

Please try cancelling your subscription with that account 🙂
