Can't Change Credit Card

I have been trying to change my credit card number for the next payment but it only gives me the option of cancel my suscription which I rather not.

We'd recommend following the steps here to change your payment details. If you're not able to see the option, the best option is to check if you subscribed with another company.

I have not suscribed with another organization, it was through spotify, when I follow those steps (which are the same i have before) I get the same option only to cancel my suscription not to change the payment method

Is there anyone that could help since i still  get the same message and not the option to change my credit card number?
