Canceled but charged

I wanted to purchase the Premium for Student deal but I was told to go to a website called SheerID.com. I pressed ot and then I press the back button because I wasnt sure what I was suppose to do. But when I want to try it again , I was charged and the amount that needed to pay was deducted from my bank account yet I still do not have the premium. Is there anyway for me to get a refund? Thanks !

There should be an option under "Accounts" called "Paid for Premium but I am still on free".
