Hulu Student Not Working but still charged multiple times

I tried to sign up for the spotify student discount that includes hulu. It continuously told me that my "credentials were already linked to another spotify account." I only have one spotify account, and was not trying to create another one to use this offer. However, I was still charged 7 times 4.99 each on two different debit cards, but was never granted the deal. I have no idea what to do and spotify doesn't have a customer care number for me to call.

Thanks for posting this to the community! It sounds as though the payments are in a phase called 'pending'. This means that the bank has placed a temporary authorisation on the funds, but no money has been transfered yet. 

The transactions should cancel within 48 hours 🙂

As with the error code, would their be anyone else who'd have access to your card?
