My account is no longer active as I left Vodaphone and it was included

I want to reinstate and have access to my playlists etc how do I do this ?

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

When your subscription over a third party expires, your account usually reverts back to Spotify Free, which still gives you access to your account and lets you listen to music, access your playlists, etc.


In this case, I recommend checking out this support article for the next steps to take.

 

Also, you'll be able to re-subscribe to Premium again here, but make sure that you have access to the correct account before doing so.
