My account was disabled

My account was disabled

Hi.

My account was disabled due to billing problems. I want to access and my user name and password when I click Lgin it says "Ops, something went wrong. Try again later". In the spotify app it says "Error code 3". If i want to reset my password, it says that my mail doesn't exists. 

I want to access my account to change credit card details, but can't log in.

Hi @emvi,

 

I suggest you try logging in using different devices. Are you using your e-mail address or username? Try both of them, it might help.

 

If not, you should get in touch with the Spotify staff - simply drop them a line on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply.

 

Support usually gets back within a day or two.
