Wrong Charges / Can't track charges

Charges were made amounting to Php 129 per month (for 3 months) for Spotify Premium. However, upon checking our Spotify account (*snip*), it hasn't been on premium since September 2019. No receipts were sent for these transactions as well. For further background, we used Spotify Premium for August 2019 and canceled the Premium membership by end of September however, we are still being charged until now. 

We would like to request to terminate any future transactions. Let us know as well how to proceed with the previous 3-month made for this. You may also refer to the attached file for reference to back up this issue.

Let's start by tracking all of your Spotify accounts as multiple charges may apply having multiple accounts.

 

In order to do so, please follow the instructions on this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details.
