hello! i got a e-mail invatation for my family subscription but i cant log in. it gives me error every time i try. it says oops something went wrong, try again. i have tried several times. still doesnt work.

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using a different browser, or an incognito window. Also, make sure you're logged into your own Spotify account when accepting the invite.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, your address might not be matching the plan owner's. Right now, you can only join the Premium for Family plan if you're living in the same physical address as the owner, but you can still get a regular Premium subscription.
