Я не получила подтверждения на почту о заканчивается Або

Оплата была снята 14.10.23 с Klarna 9,90€
С появлением новых расценок 10,90€
Мне Spotify предложил что бы я оплатила этот Счёт.
Но я решила уволиться и теперь хочу вернуть назад оплату в 9,90€ ,так Как Klarna паузировала оплату на Spotify.

Be advised that Klarna bills are charged at a later time and not on the billing date you will see on your receipts page. Any and all refund requests are handled via our support team, you can reach out to them any time. Be advised that refunds can only be processed within 14 days of the date of purchase. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.
