Cannot add my friend to premium duo.

I have already paid for premium duo but my friend cannot open the link. He is meanwhile paying for premium so we have paid a lot of extra for no reason. I want to end premium duo and only have premium single. Please help.

Does your friend live at the same physical address as you? Which error message is he seeing when he tries to accept the Premium Duo invite?

Hi, yes he does (my husband), it says "cannot open the link" (both from Messenger and Whatsapp).

Thanks for letting me know.

In this case, I recommend telling him to give it a try from a different device. If possible, try sending him the link through a different channel (e.g. email).
